Removing the Protective Film
To ensure that our customers receive their house signs in pristine condition, we take the necessary measures to protect them during transit. Depending on the type of house sign ordered, we may seal it with either a paper or clear, transparent film. This protective layer serves to safeguard the sign from any potential scratches or minor damage that may occur during packaging and shipping.
If you have placed an order for one of our house signs, we kindly advise that you carefully inspect it upon receipt and remove the protective film before use. This will reveal the sign's true appearance and ensure that it is ready to be displayed with pride.
Our house signs may also be protected with paper films, you will need to remove this from the house sign before use. The easiest way to remove the paper film from the house sign is to peel from one corner first slowly and then follow it through with the rest of the house plaque.
